Comments and Suggestions - I grew up in Salem and still occasionally visit. What a pleasure it was to discover this deli and bakery with its Old World flavor and feel. It's unfair to judge this establishment on parking because parking in Salem is difficult overall. The quality of the meats, cheese and bread was excellent. There were familiar Polish pastries and some I had not had before, such as plum filled donuts. I wanted to try the strawberry Bubka but they were sold out. There also is a large variety of imported candy and canned (glass jars) of products from Poland. The value is unbeatable: I purchased two filling sandwiches, two pastries and a very large bottle of imported mineral water, all for $12.00.
