- We traveled all the way from MN to eat
fresh seafood and our food was cold and the service
was very poor. Supposedly the resteraunt was
understaffed, yet they were taking on way more
customers than they could handle. THe food was cold
and we finished our dinner before we were even served
our salads. The waitress was extremley inexperienced.
The manager was very rude. Our bill included items
that we didn't even order! Overall I am extremely
disappointed and would not recommend Derby's Fish and
Lobster to anyone visiting the Salem area. |
